Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

Short version: this site doesn’t collect anything about you on its own. There are no forms, no cookies and no ad trackers. If you email me or book a call, I use what you send only to reply and to prepare for our conversation. I never sell or share it.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Gabrielle Sanchez, an independent content systems and operations consultant based in Spain. For anything in this policy, reach me at gmpsanchez@gmail.com.

What I collect, and when

Browsing this site collects nothing from you. I only receive information when you choose to contact me:

Nothing else is asked of you, and there is no account to create.

What I do with it

I read your message, reply to it, and use the details to prepare for our call. That is the whole purpose. I don’t add you to a mailing list, I don’t send marketing, and I don’t build a profile of you.

The legal basis is simple: you contacted me and asked for a reply or a call, so I use your details to do exactly that (steps taken at your request before any agreement).

The services involved

A few companies are involved in running the site or handling your message. They act on my instructions and don’t use your information for their own purposes.

These are United States companies, so your information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. They provide safeguards approved for these transfers, such as the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tracker and no social media pixel. Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to a font provider. That’s also why there’s no cookie banner interrupting you.

How long I keep it

Your emails and bookings stay in my inbox and calendar, the way any business correspondence does. If we work together, I keep our correspondence for as long as the project and its records require. If we don’t, I delete it once it’s no longer useful.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email gmpsanchez@gmail.com; I’ll confirm once it’s done, normally within a few days. You don’t need to give a reason.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Children

This is a service for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The page you’re reading is always the current version.
